Assistant Human Resources Manager

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Provide comprehensive HR solutions and services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations and internal communication to the designated business units
  • Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders
  • Take a proactive role in service improvements as per the department’s objective
Job Requirements: 
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 7 years’ solid experience in full spectrum of HR functions
  • Proven track record to work with all levels of diverse stakeholders across different functional teams in sizable organizations or multi-national companies
  • Good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as strong initiative to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
