Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager

Our client is a well-established listed group in catering. They are seeking passionate candidate who wish to grow with the company

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategy for the Group as to cope with the business expansion plan in a large-scale organization for Hong Kong market
  • Review exiting policies, pay structure, job grading, and ensure they are tax and administrative effective and in compliance with government regulations
  • Manage human resources and financial analysis data to support the implementation of compensation policies
  • Drive the annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes for staff recruitment and retention program
  • Keep abreast of market and industry situations
  • Support the implementation of HR system applications
Job Requirements: 
  • Degree holder with a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in C & B
  • Strong interest in people development
  • Strong in project management skills and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
