Assistant People Development Manager

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Work with line managers and key stakeholders to understand their training needs and provide learning and development advice and solutions
  • Design and deliver management training programs
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners in the execution of learning and development initiatives
  • Support the design and implementation of leadership development programs to achieve program objectives
  • Support the establishment of the learning infrastructure of HKJC College
Job Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in staff training in multi-national companies
  • Proven track record of design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development interventions in sizable organizations or multi-national companies
  • Good project management and team collaboration skills with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage)
